Last year I went to Iran, Cuba, Syria and Jordan accompanying groups travelling with Jon Baines Tours.
We go to weird and wonderful places, always trying to see more of the countries we
visit than you might read about in the guide books. We meet local people and are
shown round by top-
This year, I went to China and Kyrgyzstan in June, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan in September along the Golden Road to Samarkand and in October a marvellous tour of Anatolia or Eastern Turkey.

My home is in Bath, Somerset. I live ten minutes from Waitrose and 15 from the Theatre Royal and Bath Spa railway station.
I have also lived in Wells and was a city councillor there, for the Central Ward. I stood as an independent candidate.
